The annual survey measures service levels and customer satisfaction across various industries as perception-based ratings. TNT was rated across various categories and scored 4.06 out of a possible 5.0. This is the third year that it has achieved a scoring in excess of 4.0.
The survey rated companies across a range of attributes; BEE, company website, flexibility/going the extra mile, online financial reports, quotations, orders, track and trace, professional appearance of the company, reliability, speed of delivery, staff and value for money.
