SA launches first Guess canvas sneaker

“This is a brand new initiative we're driving as Guess SA and we're very excited to be introducing it to the SA market first,” said Tamsyn Egnos, Guess marketing manager.

The men's and ladies collection includes original canvas high tops and low tops with the characteristic en vogue stamp that is synonymous with Guess. The low top sneakers - lace-ups and slip-ons - will retail at R450, and high tops at R499.

In bona fide Guess style, each pair of these sneakers will be sold with a free, branded drawstring nylon bag. Low tops are available in black, white, washed denim and grey. High tops come in black, white and washed denim.

“The success of our replenishment denim product at an entry level price point has inspired us to do the same in the footwear category. It will be an everyday casual sneaker at an affordable price but still maintaining the Guess image by having a high-quality branded product at a great price,” says Egnos.

The sneakers will be available at Guess, Edgars, Markhams and independent stockists nationwide.
