Riot lands Tokara Brand

Riot has been signed to provide the creative juices to the much anticipated launch of Tokara branded wines.

The showcase Tokara Winery, owned by merchant banker GT Ferreira, was established in the Simonsberg area of Stellenbosch in 2000. It has released wines under the Zondernaam ("Without a name") label, but on September 17 will unveil the first Tokara brand wine.

The launch is major news for the South African wine industry, and Riot has been appointed to develop creative ideas and an overall theme for the launch event. Riot has also created a series of advertisements to appear in glossy magazines in the lead up to the launch.
