• Site inspection and visits with Sales managers and Account Managers.
• Measurements and advise regarding substrates to be used,point of sale,Brand alignment with consumer profile and target market.
• Presenting too Sales staff all solutions Hirt & Carter offers.
• Assisting with product launches,new product development and innovations.
• Attend client meetings scheduled and spend time in trade with clients.
• Brief outsourced application/installation teams with regards to placement and positioning of Hirt & Carter products at outlet level.
• In trade with outsourced team for major application/installation so that execution is 100%.
• Handle and manage customer expectations and complaints effectively and in a courteous manner.
• Client and 3rd party entainment.
• Calling on clients when new outlets open on a adhoc level.
• Excellent verbal ability and communication skills.
• Strong motivational,organizational ,planning and executional skills.
• Persuasiveness and well developed selling and negotiating skills.
• Think on my feet and make sound business decisions.
• Proven ability to operate ,ability to manage self and territory without close supervision.
• Work long hours even weekends at installation/application sites.
• Excellent PC skills.
