? To create awareness of the Department of Economic Development and its services.
? To assist in implementing the marketing and branding strategy for the department.

? Responsible for doing media monitoring occasionally.
? Operating the switchboard by answering incoming and handling outgoing calls and ensuring that customers are referred promptly and correctly. Taking down messages and administering the correct distribution thereof. Supplying basic information to customers regarding the Department's services.
