I have an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from the Polytechnic Ibadan and Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, all in Nigeria. I have had my Certificates evaluated by SAQA and I have been given SAQA 7 rating, which is a degree equivalent. I have also had the opportunity to undergo 1 year Industrial Attachments with the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), Ibadan, Nigeria and the News Agency of Nigeria. All these afforded me the opportunity to be well exposed to media production, analysis and compilations. I was registered for a 1 year Honours degree in Journalism at UJ. With educational experiences in Nigeria and now in South Africa, I feel its time for me to put these experiences into a suitable working environment.
I want to believe that I have all it takes for this job and would like to submit an application for your kind consideration. I am quite familiar with most of the requirements of my field like ensuring smooth relationship between the Clients and the Organisation, providing inputs into the development of communication strategy, getting job briefs from Clients, developing proposals and billing for jobs. These are media issues that I am passionate about and will be grateful if my application is considered.
