For about 10 years, I have worked in, managed and owned many different businesses. My focus has been sale and the reason I've been successful is because I have influenced developed trained and instilled into everyone that has worked with or for me. The fundamentals of building a successful enterprise, the ability to develop extraordinary sales team which work in harmony that the task of gaining and retaining customers is not just the sales person's task its everyone's responsibility

I then found out that everyone is a salesperson. Every time you get up in he morning until the time you go to bed at night , you are negotiating , communicating, persuading, and influencing, trying to get people to co-operate with you to accomplish the things that you want them to accomplish.The nature of the business doesn't matter, you can be running accountancy, practice a law office, a natural health care clinic; be involved in computer maintenance or café or as I do a training consultancy; it doesn't matter the fundamentals are the same.
