I am a Social Media Manager/Community Manager for the largest ticketing agency in South Africa. Provide customer service through online channels. I formulate campaigns that help improve/maintain engagement within the events/entertainment/travel industry. I collaborate with team members to ensure department and company-wide campaign success. Part of my job is to evaluate and report on campaign realization according to benchmarks/objectives/success metrics.
