I am an enthusiastic learner with excellent problem solving, hard worker, energetic. I have experience with customer service, communication, Brand Management, PA, Administration, Web management, Google analytics, Advertising (ATL, BTL, Digital, print), content writing, strategy, Labour Relations administration, Client Service, social media, and market research.
I have 4years Customer Service experience from the Telecommunications industry (MTN and Virgin Mobile); in a Contact Centre and assisting walk-in customers.
I also have 3years of Marketing Communication. I have worked as an Intern at MTN Group Marketing, this gave me background in classical Marketing; my duties involved managing the communication process with the design agencies(ATL, BTL, Digital, Print agencies); advertising process and procedures; proof reading; writing briefs, general admin.
I then moved on to ICAS (Employee Wellness provider) as an External Marketing Liaison, a supportive role for 36 Client service Managers. My duties involved Problem solving, liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, sourcing of Marketing collateral.
I also have experience as a PA from John Crane (Mechanical seals Engineering). I was reporting to the Company Directors; providing general PA duties; managing agent and distributor agreements; Sales reports function; KPI tracking for departments; and Editorial Management .
The last position I held was with the Department of Public Service and Administration as an Administrative Assistant. I was reporting to the Labour Relations and Discipline Deputy Director.
