Howie is an accomplished drummer, producer, songwriter, composer and mixing engineer. Artist titles Howie has been involved with include The New Academics (SAMA nominated), South world, Mel Function, Gang of Instrumentals (SAMA award winning), Soil 7t7 and many more.

Howie has also worked on a number of theatre musicals at the Johannesburg theatre, including the pantomime "Pinocchio" and the Andrew Lloyd Webber and Ben Elton's musical masterpiece "The Boys In The Photograph". Dream Girls at monte casino teatro

Howie is currently the drummer for platinum selling band Watershed, but plays an additional four instruments and is constantly striving to expand his skills with and knowledge of musical instruments. As a composer, he works extensively in creating jingles for the advertising industry .He works exclusively on pro tools and loves his digital and analogue gear.
