My unique mix of previous academic experience and my status as a Customer Service Management graduate at University of South Africa makes me an ideal candidate for Customer Service Management positions.
As a Customer Service Experienced and graduate, I have acquired skills of applying, evaluating and adapting existing problem solving techniques and developing new techniques to solving problems.

I am highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic person and I enjoy working in groups. I work hard, target driven and I am a fast learner. I enjoy taking up new challenges to improve my skills towards achieving my goals and i have good communication skill both verbally and written. I am motivated and willing to work to an extra length to meet deadlines. I am eager to learn other skills that i do not have from other people and i regard myself as a team player who can communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels
