Graduating from the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) in 2001, she has worked in high-pressured and demanding environments in both media publication and sports brands industries. She has constantly maintained a high work ethic with all that has been expected from her.

Carole's main strengths are being able to run multiple projects whilst maintaining an organised and diligent approach to the relevant tasks and requirements. She has been within the marketing environment for over a decade and has managed various roles within the supply chain. She has worked with various decision makers, media titles, professional sportsman and suppliers within the commercial and retail industry, as well as managing advertising and subscription departments whilst delivering sound marketing strategies within the media publication environment. Carole has gained reputable exposure and experience that has enabled her to successfully implement ideas and strategies with the necessary business acumen. She believes in working with a positive mindset that would promote a successful end-result to the task at hand.
