Show profile Hide profileI am a very ambitious hard working young man who completed a degree in journalism at the University of Johannesburg in 2010. I have acquired a lot of skills throughout my academic years and I am currently working as a (Communication Coordinator) at the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) in the Corporate Communication and Public Relations unit. My responsibilities include Assisting with internal and external communication, PR event activation, media management, in promoting traffic management through social network media platform and to up-date RTMC website and intranet content and compiling the internal newsletter. I have gathered a lot of experience thus far, I was given an opportunity to assist is coordinating the 28th world professional drivers' championships hosted by South Africa in Sun City, August 2012 which was a huge success. i was awarded with a certificate of excellence for assisting in coordinating the event.
I am always ready to spread my wings and engage in new challenges. Given the opportunity I strive to excel in everything I do.I would like to get an opportunity to grow and enhance the skills I have acquired throughout my internship. I am an all rounder media person and I am a fast leaner. The academic skills and working experience I have gathered thus far will help me excel in any task that is assigned to me. i have a code 8 (B) drivers' license.
