My previous company was Absa Bank and I held the position of an Inbound/Outbound Home loans Agent and my reason for leaving was for trying to get to a new department within Absa and grow further. To upskill and learn more in the financial industry. Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards. Achieve targets within legislated deadlines. Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
Report on effectiveness of campaigns
Monitor trends in social media
Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
Understand how social media impacts search traffic.
