Dynamic, self motivated individual that together with past working experience and studying towards a B.Com degree specializing in Marketing and Business Management has enabled me to gain a practical understanding of marketing and management practices such as market analysis; business attraction and target market retention/expansion; administration; and customer relations. Areas of expertise include strategic planning; staff leadership; management of business processes including planning,organizing,implementing and evaluation of these processes; human resource training and development; public realtions and relationship marketing; marketing research; product and promotion management. Other areas of knowledge include principles of financial management and entrepreneurship; retail planning; microeconomics; property management; commercial law; empolyment/industrial relations; small business management. Based on these competencies and experience I am currently seeking to further progress my career in management and marketing in the retail; corporate and/or small business sectors.
