I am currently freelancing and look to achieve job creation within the employment spectrum and engaging in placements for trained/not trained persons. I strongly believe that employment is available but the unemployed do not know or are not sure where to look for their desired employment. My aim is to close the 'gap' between Training & Placement agencies with companies that require candidates. i initiate direct consultations with executives.
i have Always been passionate about the Marketing sector since I understood how profit and turnover impact the region at large. With GDP being constrained due to unemployment, I intend on achieving more job placements. As funds (money) circulates within the Fiscal Policy of government, the more revenue will be generated hence more job placements will be accomplished.
I have more than ten(10) years experience particularly in Sales/Marketing. When I started at Curumba Ranch in 2005, I was exposed to the importance of Marketing because ownership is FELT. In order to be a successful Sales person, closing deals is a MUST and customer service is Very important. I have realized that people will pay the price as long as the SERVICE is outstanding and they are made to feel special. Therefore they will ALWAYS come back or refer other potential clients to you/organization.
HONESTY has also highlighted itself as a vital skill. Even if you tell a consumer something that they do not really want to hear, they BUY your product because you told them all they wanted to know, making them TRUST you for next time.
QUALITY also means a lot to me, as I have concluded that the price tag for quality does not necessarily repel your potential client to not purchasing your product/service. If you provide quality goods/services, consumers do not bother too much about the price.
