My focus has been to problem solve through innovative thinking.
My responsibility is to develop, manage and stretch brands and marketing exposure, with revenue growth, through smart customer experience and internal staff alignment.
My experience is multifaceted across many industries, including FMCG, retail, hospitality and leisure, mining and the motor industry, however my passion lies in the services industries, predominantly financial services, telecommunications and education sector. This is where I have been exposed to regulation of the various industries, as well as the challenges facing services industries in reaching and maintaining relationships with customers.
Understanding business needs, clients and problem solving in high pressure environments, both strategically and aligning clients marketing in ATL, BTL, brand and digital is key to my value in an agency. My many years of client management has stood testament to long, prosperous client relationships and teams that work together well and deliver results.
