• Liaising with dealers and customers on a day to day basis (enquiries, shipments, invoices, POD, invoices and staff management and control.)
• Maintain customer relationships - month end billing recon (POD update and invoice)
• Continues improvement (LEAN 5S standards) improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes, ensuring accurate allocation - packing - awaiting dispatching goods.
• Good communication skills, team player, able to work under pressure, pro-active, customer focused, problem solving, high level of customer relations' skill, professional and reliable, dedicated and committed, strong attention to detail and time management
• Competent in MS office suite of products
• Diploma in Operation Management
• Full understand and compliance with the Health and Safety Policy.
• More than 15 years experience in managerial environment (Administration, courier logistic, customer service, warehouse and staff management)
Goal set for electronic components diploma and advanced people management skills development.
