Overall management and purchasing of all print and when necessary corporate gifting requirements for the
JD Group. This is a 360 degree role , including procurement, client service and financial management.
Converting print briefs from client into request for estimates- which is then sent to suppliers via Noosh. (In
house procurement system). Supplier submit cost via a closed bid system on Noosh, once bids are closed,
cost analyzed for any obvious discrepancies and sent to client in the form a quote. Orders received directly
from client. These are processed and managed from placing of order through delivery of final printed /
procured item. Quality checks and management of suppliers to ensure seamless procurement of all elements.
Constant interaction with client (sit on site) to ensure all requirements are and delivered on time. Production
areas managed: litho, digital, web and silk screen printing, corporate gifting , signage (indoor and outdoor)
