I am currently unemployed. My recent employment was at the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa. I have 7 years work experience working for various companies. I am a Corporate Communications graduate from the University of Johannesburg.

Show profile Hide profileI started my working life in 2007 as a Call Centre Agent at the Gauteng Provincial Governments (GPG) license booking contact centre. I then moved on to Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI) where I was a Customer Relationship Representative at their Customer Service Centre.
In 2011 I joined the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa as a Help desk consultant at their help desk. I am currently still employed at the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa as a Operational and Technical consultant at the GDSN DATAnet.za department under GS1 South Africa a division of the council.
In my current portfolio I facilitate a lot of training on the DATAnet.za retailer listing system which suppliers, manufacturers and distributors use to list their products with the major retailers. I also do a lot of support work on the listing system and the GS1 global standards. My other duties include developing training material, on boarding of new members, administration and operations.
I have my own reliable transport and a valid drivers license code 08. My degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications which I obtained at the University of Johannesburg.
I have an entrepreneurial spirit and I am a very determined and focused individual. One of my goals and aspirations is to lead a team of talented individuals in whatever field I end up in next.
I am currently studying towards a Social Media Marketing certificate with Unisa. In 2012 I started my own business selling furnitute OT creations, I have since closed the business. In 2017 I started a digital marketing business, MG agency, this is where i acquired my self taught skills such as web and graphic designing, web development and social media marketing. The name of the business is MG agency and I have developed my own website which is www.mgagency.co.za.
