Headed the marketing unit for the branch/region - planning for; ensuring implementation and evaluation of all marketing plans and tools, blending head office guidelines with the branch suit. I disbursed funds for marketing operations and after assessing the effectiveness of all, I reported back to the branch manager and the managing director.
Manage Key Accounts - communicating with clients and ensure product offers and developments are well in line with client expectations and competition.
Branch Financial Management - making a careful analysis and authorization of financial transactions, keeping the interests of the most concerned parties well protected.
