I have Regional Management experience over seeing KZN and EC for SKHE, reporting HO in JHB. My focus was on sales in retail, independents and the rental markets, ensuring targets were achieved by sales force. I motivated and lead a sales team of 9 people within the three divisions. Service being our key focus, this with the retail industry as well as a small call centre with the direct end user. Developing and training staff to achieve the company goal and passion for service in the industry.
Other skills well developed, presentation, cold calling for new business, project management, maintaining customer's relationships and general admin duties with in a regional office.
