I have worked within the Telecommunications industry for almost 10 years gaining valuable experience within the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Logistics departments by providing the best customer service and support. Within the sales and marketing divisions, I worked as a Sales and Account Executive for major corporate accounts including Murray and Roberts, Barloworld, Gautrain, First Rand, Famous Brands, Eskom, Verizon Business, Tsogo Sun etc and a few government sectors providing them with the relevant services and products. I have also dealt with suppliers as a Customer Support Executive like Nokia, Samsung, BlackBerry, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Huawei etc while working within the Operations and Logistics divisions by acquiring and distributing their products, promotional and marketing merchandise to various clients. I have gained a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Operations and Logistics industry.
I am confident, courageous, determined, self driven and self motivated. I possess qualities that make me likable and approachable such as the natural charisma, friendliness and being a good listener. I have the ability to disarm and engage whoever I meet by genuinely putting them at ease and making them feel good. My high energy levels enable me to network and to be sociable. These personal traits have helped me earn respect; achieve results and success as a committed, dedicated and loyal member of all the companies I have worked for.
Over the years, I have developed and cultivated a strong work ethic to learn, grow and reach my full potential. I am a hard worker and a team player. My flexibility allows me to multi-task and fulfill different roles and responsibilities diligently; therefore allowing me to broaden and gain cross-functional experience to become a complete all rounder. I work well under pressure and face challenges by completing tasks thoroughly and competently the first time around. I am also proactive and "hands on" with my approach which ensures that I am efficient and helpful. I have the willingness to go an extra mile and assist whenever required. I always maintain a professional image through my communication and presentation. I also uphold good morals, principles and values.
