My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells! I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.
Over the years I have branched out from being a general CSR in the print industry, to focus more in the packaging sector. Dealing with general packaging as well as, Primary and Secondary packaging in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries. Learning and understanding the needs and requirements from these uniquely different sectors of the packaging industries.
My time spent being a qualified Lithographer and the Production planner of the plant has been able to groom me into not only an exceptional Account Executive, but also a technical advisor to the client due to me understanding the in depth workings of the different processes within the organisation in both the manufacturing and administration sectors. Thereby positioning the company for better exposure and greater marketability, which is a task that I have performed with success many times.
