Show profile Hide profileI am currently working as a User Experience Analyst and Account Manager at Mpowered Business Solutions. I deal with high level clients in assessing their user's needs on our products and promoting any other software that would be beneficial to them.
I engage with various departments on a daily basis to make sure that their needs and their client's needs are met; and that we come up with workable solutions for them.
I have worked in the media field for several years, working for Rhodes Music Radio, Grocott's Mail (Newspaper and Online), Summit Television and Business Day Online.
