Ms. Sibulele Phumeza Shosha has had an extensive career as media specialist, magazine editor and writer. Sibulele founded the then Dumile Media Consultants, now Dumile Media Solutions in honor of her late father, writer and language specialist Dumile Siko.
Through the years, Dumile Media Solutions is growing and continuously working towards being one of the continent's most reputable brand development/ management company.
One of Sibulele's most memorable achievement is her becoming the first-ever black female editor of renowned business publication, Black Business Quarterly. A position that she held until deciding to venture into her own.
Having completed her studies in Radio Broadcasting at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Sibulele went on and obtained a degree in Media Studies and International Relations at the University of the Witwatersrand.
2013 sees Sibulele launching her second business venture; Sho'Pop brand specialists, a market engagement agency that specializes on the development of relationships between brands and the township market.
