As an option, I offer to place learners in previously disadvantaged schools for their workplace experience, which enables the clients to access points under Skills Development (for cost of L/ship) and under Social Responsibility, for donating the workplace experience component of the learners to a previously disadvantaged school. This benefits clients in high risk industries such as Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing, who cannot have disabled people on site due to health and safety issues, or operational issues.
