My personal motto has always been - "how can you improve on tomorrow, if you do not know what you did wrong today" - this not only means I am receptive to feedback but reflective on my behavior/decisions - and constantly looking to improve.
I believe that flexibility, perseverance, resilience and determination are core aspects to any working environment due to the ever-changing nature of businesses and the challenges faced in terms of retention and accrual of customers.
