Position: Customer Service Representative
Duties: Receive orders from customers
• place order on the system Maintain system for order delivery dates and inform of any delays timeously
• Ensure goods are delivered timeously and with COA
• Deal with queries/requirements/complaints speedily
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for specific customers
• Ensure that all customer details address, company, contact details etc. are correct on the system
• Build relationship with customer and understand their product requirements
• Run daily zoogn (open order) report to see orders due for delivery
• Create customer returns on damaged, expired etc. stock
