My name is Samantha John, presently employed at ETV. My role for 12 year defines me as being the right-hand women to my superior, allowing me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and experience to the fullest, mostly for me to assist my Manager to fulfil their duties. I have grown tremendously in this field of learning how to be a competent and helpful person; delegating tasks and communicating carefully to avoid errors and conflicts and learning to control emotions as well as to identify other people's emotions. The most important lesson I have learnt over these years is to Keep things simple and Enjoy your job!
