Also have successfully implemented and rolled out the seta programmes (learnerships, internships, critical and scarce skills, i have successfully submitted WSP/ATR/ PIVOTALs). And I have the tenacity to always meet requirements and deadlines. I have a very good understanding of the NSDS, i know how SMS (Seta Management system works).
