I studied Psychology and obtained a BA Honours degree from University of South Africa and am a certified NLP Practitioner and NLP Life Coach and Hypnotist as well as a NAET Practitioner.
I spent many years in research, specifically in Cognitive and Personality Psychology. Other experience include training and development, course development both in a Human Development environment and Systems development.
I have worked in on large projects in the financial services sector for more than 14 years.
In a leadership role I have been responsible for the management of specialist teams and have focused on building "high performance teams", using the principles of effective problem solving to develop individuals and teams.
I established the Yemanya NLP and Development Centre to assist individuals to live a life of choice and develop to their full potential. Mindful thought coaching is used to integrate emotional, mental and communication aspects that form part of human functioning in various life roles. This allows for transferring skills and knowledge to your personal and professional life. Development programs for small groups or teams as well as personalised one to one development programs form part of my offering.
