The way my responsibilities are defined differs significantly depending on the organization's strategic imperatives, design, history, and culture, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the executive director, where I worked before with other key leaders.
The folowing are currently my responsibilities: Advising the Board and stakeholder change related to organization mission. I'm in constant Supporting, motivating employees within our organization, even where products/programs and operations occures
