My vision is to be the best placement agent in order to create a win-win situation and to deliver the best service to my clients to ensure value for all. My focus is semi-skilled (drivers, receptionists, admin assistants, data capturers) & skilled people (exec PA, account) and my strategic goal is to create a database of potential employees and employers in order to understand each party's needs and recognise their career possibilities.
