While there I found that I'm a fast learner and grasp hold of new surroundings and projects fast, as it was a sink or swim environment. I worked as a presenter of a live radio show at Rock FM 91.9. Not only was it exciting and edifying, it also gave me a feel of how the media industry functions.
I have excellent writing skills and work very well under pressure, which I have found is quite important in the media field. In addition to my writing abilities I also have a wildly creative imagination, good DTP skills and my obsession with grammar and spelling would make me an able sub-editor.
With my studies completed I intend to hit the job market running and to give a 1000% in the job I attain. Being that I am quite new to the working world, I make a point of keeping my eyes open and my mind eager to learn.
