Duties:

Warehouse/Stock Control

• Manage warehouse staff
• Manage order procedures & stock control
• Stock take (Monthly & Friday afternoon spot checks)
• Reporting

Production

• Liaise with suppliers for quotation & production (local & international)
• Co-ordinate printing & customization of products
• Preparing quotations for sales reps
• Arranging/preparing mock-ups
• Design approvals
• Artwork preparation for suppliers

Logistics

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, forwarders and couriers
• Manage tracking and updates of all shipments
• Preparing quotations for local logistics for sales reps
• Co-ordinate and proper receipt of incoming shipments
• Monthly account reconciliation of all courier and forwarder accounts

Technical

• Assist with workshop repairs and assembly as needed
• Lytec (EL Wire) assembly
• Maintenance, upgrades and repairs to showroom

Rentals

• Manage and co-ordinate rental orders and logistics thereof
• Stock take of rentals
• Repairs and maintenance of rentals

Onsite Installation & Maintenance

• Assist and co-ordinate onsite installations and maintenance
• Assist and co-ordinate assembly, transportation of materials and labour to site
• Assist with reconciliation of expense reports for projects

Exhibition & Events

• Attend exhibitor briefing
• Events project management
• Co-ordinating marketing collateral

Website Maintenance

• Update and maintain the website content
• Maintain YBH Resellers
• Help with FWL PR

This included all related activities including: travelling, meeting, calling, communicating, corresponding, following-up, keeping status, taking calls, receiving orders, exhibiting, marketing-related activities and client relationship maintenance.
