My key role was to do airport transfers for both corporate and government entities such as department of Public Works, Department of Justice and International Organization for Migration to mention a few. I was responsible for dealing with clients queries regarding booking request. Update the shuttle drivers of the requested booking. Type and send out invoices to clients. My role as taught me to be efficient and effective in meeting clients needs and satisfaction. It has also taught me good communications skills to make sure that the message is received as intended by the client.
