I currently work at the Durban University of Technology, as an Academic Development Adviser, where I assist students who require assistance in improving their current academic standing. Looking to return to a more creative/ artistic vocation.
I have obtained a Bachelor of Technology Degree, in Jewellery Design and Manufacture, and have worked both for an established jeweller (manufacturing fine jewellery) and for myself, producing distinctive and bespoke pieces of jewellery.
A background in creative design, serves me well in careers that require critical thinking skills and excellent problem solving abilities. An enthusiastic and hardworking individual, eager to return to a creative/ artistic field of work, however I do also bode well in working with students, in an academic sphere.
