Ofentse Rapakgadi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Positioning Partners, a marketing and PR agency in Sandton serving corporates, individual leaders and growth-stage businesses. She brings 12 years of marketing leadership across higher education, property, recruitment, conferencing and communications, most recently as Executive Head: Marketing at The DaVinci Institute and Marketing Manager at Johannesburg Business School.

She holds an MBA, a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management from the IMM Graduate School of Marketing, and a BCom in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria.

She has served as an Executive Committee member at three organisations (including Co.Space) and has held professional memberships with the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA) and the Project Management Institute (PIM).
