I have a clear goal for my future; to be successful in anything I do and to utilise every acquired training and knowledge into positive use.
It is based on these that I would make significant contributions to your organisation and add value to it. I have been volunteering for my community media house from 2013 until 2015, where I learnt a lot about writing articles, writing reports reporting and presenting news on-air.
In the course of my work there, I was priviledged to interview the Minister of National Department of Home Affairs Mr Malusi Gigaba, the late Minister of the Council for Public Works Mr Collins Chabane, the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, now an MP for Johannesburg West, Mr Aziz Pahad; as well as Randfontein Executive Mayor Cllr. Sylvia Theberane amongst others. I also attended events and meeting like the West Rand District Communicators Forum, SOPA and many more that gave me better understand and knowledge of the socio-political issues in South Africa. I was also appointed as the news editor and did my best.
I also got an opportunity to be a freelance journalist for Daily Sun newspaper where I was exposed to real world of writing.
