MJ Mmekwa
I'm the founder and executive director of Nonkey Mmekwa close corporation.Nonkey Mmekwa CC started in 1998;I've been running events, special meetings and conferences for over 12 years and have 15 years of project coordination, business administration, executive PA,event coordination and management experience.
I'm a certified business, events and conferencing professional before starting my company;I worked my way up the corporate ranks as an events executive.I've seen boom times and bad times, been through layoffs(on both sides of the desk) and done more events, coordinated more projects and administrated more offices than I care to remember. It's this experience that helped me develop my unique approach to event and conferencing, and any other business idea I put my mind to.
Although I do events and conferences for people in all walks of life,I have particular expertise working with creative and entrepreneurial professionals and executives.
I believe event and conference management should be all about the individual or company's needs and objectives. Everything about my business, approach and style is geared towards achieving that result.
When I'm not running any events, running round for chain supply needs, conferencing, or marketing and promoting my clients, training my clients or blogging/tweeting about the next events and conference, you'll probably find me having a beauty client either or nails, massage, or hair or just came in beauty consultation where I grow my beauty passion, admittedly with mixed results
