I am currently working as a Senior Events Coordinator/ Account Executive at The Unlimited Head office. I have a diploma in Public Relations Management and a Certificate in Project Management. Prior to this current position I was a Key Account Manager at Ikhono Communications, which is where I gained most of the skills in the industry, starting just from a Junior post and worked my way up within the company.

I have extensive experience working in the arena of both events and communications, just to name a few:
• The 2010 FIFA World Cup Public Viewing Areas in Umlazi and Bridgecity,
• International Travel Agent Federation of India (TAFI) Convention in 2013 at the Durban ICC & Moses Mabhida Stadium,
• Indaba Beach Party in 2013 and 2014 at New Beach, Durban
• International AIVP Smart Port City Conference in 2014 at Southern Sun Elangeni and Maharani Hotel,
• International Conference of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2015 at Moses Mabhida Stadium,
• International Conferences & Exhibitions, Gala Dinners, Cocktail functions, outdoor events, seminars, year-end functions, launches and
• The Durban Business Fair and ESSENCE Festival Durban which took place for the first time on South African Durban Soil in 2016, this event was one of the highlights in my career with Ikhono Communications as I was successfully leading the team in managing the first ever Essence Festival in South Africa, Durban.
Currently
Joined the Unlimited in 2017 and since then grown my abilities being in the Marketing Department working in areas like Marketing, Communications, Branding and Advertising within the business.
As an individual I pride myself in hard work and maintain very high levels of honesty and integrity. In totality, I have acquired +7 years in the events industry, I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and flexible, with strong computer and communications skills. I am always willing to learn and actively engage with my colleagues and stakeholders. It is my passion to work with people and giving back to the community.
I am willing to relocate, nationally and internationally, I can make myself available for interviews with two-day prior knowledge of interview.
