Having recently completed my BCom in Applied Economics and Marketing (graduation in April), I cannot offer your company any significant experience in the field of marketing, I have no doubt that my skills and enthusiasm, as outlined in my CV, will be of value.

I believe that my experience in leadership through my work as the head of the backstage crew for St Stithian's has well equipped me to significantly contribute to team efforts as well as sharpened my organisational and people skills. Furthermore, my work as a telemarketer has taught me how to deal with customers and gave me a valuable lesson in patience.

My marketing studies at Wits opened my eyes to the challenging and exciting business of advertising and other forms of marketing. I'm very excited to enter this industry as soon as possible and see what it really takes to grow market share of brands/products. I believe an internship in a marketing agency would give me the necessary and beneficial introduction to the working world of marketing as well as a strong basis for future growth within the company.

I'm an eager learner and at first will require clear direction and instructions; although once comfortable within my environment I am keen to take the initiative. I'm appreciative of continuous feedback and aim to improve where ever I can.
