Manage Operator Marketing - Plan and deliver 360 campaigns in operator environments, with budget and agency management
Show profile Hide profileManage Operator Marketing: Engage and collaborate with key stake holders within local office (Sales, Product Marketing and Activation & Channel Teams) to secure short and long term buy-in and implementation of Channel Marketing Strategy. Drive channel marketing planning and execution, in collaboration with Regional and Global teams to drive Microsoft business in operator branded retail. Key Accounts: Vodacom, MTN and Cell C.
Campaign Management: Plan and deliver 360 campaigns (including traditional touch points, trade launches, activations and promotions) that increases foot traffic to retail, convert visits to purchase, using elements to connect with consumers and sales people which is both exciting and compelling through effective planning and execution. Campaigns to include all Operator opportunities including: retail stores, online, social and call centers campaigns.
Budget Management: End to end budget management for all Operator and Retail expenses striving to spend optimally (based on ROI)
Agency management: Manage, monitor and optimize below the line (BTL) agencies: field force teams, promoters, activations and launches.
Point of Sale (POS) & Furniture Management: Deliver and implement POS into key channels. Provide visual merchandising guidelines for the Nokia brand & product launches across all channels to ensure consistency in the multi-branded environments. Manage look and feel of key channels: Microsoft Zones in Operator channel, owned and non-owned furniture and Store in Store (SIS)
Other Responsibilities: Local mystery shopping projects, warehousing, event and conference organization, online image bank management.
