Planning, organizing and supervising when necessary to ensure the shipments are collected and delivered on time and with smooth efficiency
Provide daily training to the stock controller
Make Copies, Scan documents and file other relevant documents
Assist with faxing and emailing if documents
Liaise with Courier company regarding where about for all goods being sent overseas
Creating and updating of new customer or existing customer on Pastel
Handling of petty cash and doing a monthly cashbook update on Pastel
Allocating costings for jobs coming from the factor
Dealing With Clients locally and overseas with any queries
Follow up on quotations sent to customers on a daily basis
Update detailed spread sheets to work out how much each customer has purchased each month
Administrative work for Financial Department
Creating invoices for complete jobs on MS Word / EXcell
Creating of delivery notes in order for the correct goods that need to be picked
Creating of Commercial Invoices
Send customers Statements from Pastel for outstanding payment
Arranging for Freight costs for local and overseas Clients
Manage stock take (Count stock ) and update stock sheet
Creating of purchase orders for Freight
Ordering of stationery when requested and control stock
Be consistent at work and on time.
Control of allocated tasks given to me.
