24 year old seeking an opportunity to start my career in the Marketing industry, PR/communications or Events. Eager to learn and hard working. Just started freelancing as a wedding planner while completing my studies.
Show profile Hide profileI am a 24 year old part-time student currently in the process of completing my final three subjects of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in business management and communication and looking to start my career within the marketing industry.
Potentially I would like to work within the Events and Public Relations department of the Company, but I am willing to consider other opportunities to learn the business, gain experience and develop my career.
I have the following job experience:
• I am in the process of planning a wedding for my first client, the event will take place on 26 May 2012.
• I was a facilitator for a special needs boy for 3 and a half years, while studying.
• I worked as an intern in the Human Resources department for a company in London, UK and South Africa.
• I have worked for Café Art as a waitress, and progressed to assisting with management of events and functions such as wine tastings, art exhibitions, etc.
