However, to be successful in today's world, one must possess more than
just creative skills and through my work experience, across three employers,
I have developed and honed in on my leadership skills as I managed the
design department at CSIR and in addition, I have mentored two interns in
my tenure so far at Standard Bank. My work experience thus far has exposed
me to all forms of production from ATL to BTL and I endeavour to always stay
ahead of trends in this regard. I design through several mediums; however,
multimedia design has been in the spotlight for a while now and in order to
remain current, I have been certified in many different programs which I will
detail further in my CV.
