My ultimate goal is to become a success, both in my career and my personal life. Success can only be gained by conscientiously working towards personal goals, facing and meeting challenges, and hard work.

I know myself to be a hardworking, highly motivated individual, who takes personal responsibility for all projects. I don't believe in blamestorming, but in finding a solution and making it happen. I work well both in teams and individually, and I have excellent conversational and people skills.
