There is never a slow day in the ever changing property management environment, and therefore I frequently attend seminars and information sessions to improve myself personally and professionally. I am currently in the process of completing my NQF 4 qualification in real estate after which I will complete my NQF 5 qualification in real estate. I have also completed a certificate in Sectional Title Scheme Management through the University of Cape Town
I enjoy a challenging job environment in which I can utilise both my acquired and latent skills. I'm always eager to gain a better knowledge of the property industry, and apply this knowledge to improve the management of my clients' properties and my relationships with my clients.
I always ensure that I stay abreast of what is going on in the property industry by ensuring that I am involved with all of the relevant forums and regulatory bodies. I have been a committee member on the NAMASA (National Association of Managing Agents) for the past 4 years and continue to serve on this board with 11 other elected members.
