I am currently unemployed having worked for the City of Johannesburg, Groups Communication and Marketing Department as a Communications Intern for fifteen months and subsequently at City Power as a Social Media Consultant for twelve months.

In my position as Communications Intern, I would assist with writing and issuing of media releases/statements, coordinating Media networking sessions, collating information from various departments for media queries and update stakeholder's database for the department. As a Social Media consultant, I handled the City Power Social Media account, giving updates and responding to general queries as well as compiling monthly reports.

I consider myself to be ambitious, energetic and always willing to learn new things. Given the opportunity, I will give it my best to become a valuable asset to your organization.
